Here's how you can ensure your gifts arrive before the holidays:

• Order online for in-store pickup: Choose this option at checkout for a guaranteed way to get your gifts quickly and conveniently. You can collect your item up until 24 December, 12:00 PM.
• Shop in person: Visit our stores to browse our selection and take your gifts home right away.

We're dispatching online orders until 12 December 2024. Orders placed after this date for courier delivery will be dispatched upon our return in January.

Yes, Jaggards will be closed for a holiday break from 25 December 2024  - 3  January 2025.

We will reopen our retail store on 6 January 2025.

Our online store will remain open 24/7. You can continue to shop online and we will fulfil your order upon our reopening on 6 January 2025.

All deliveries will incur a minimum delivery charge of $30. Gold, Platinum, and Palladium orders will incur a shipping charge of just $1.90 per oz,  with Silver being charged at $3.90 per kg.

Example 1

If you purchase 1 Kilo of Silver and 1oz of Gold, you will pay the minimum rate of $30.

Example 2

You purchase 10 Kilos of Silver and 8oz of Gold.
@ $3.90 per Kilo for Silver
@ $1.90 per Ounce for Gold
The cost would be (10 x $3.90) + (8 x $1.90) = $54.20

Orders have a maximum shipping value of AUD$60,000, so an order of $120,000 will be split into 2 separate shipping consignment notes and charged accordingly.

Jaggards has a physical retail showroom in Sydney CBD. We are located on Level 8, 74 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. We welcome all walk-ins.

If you are travelling via train, the nearest stations to Jaggards are Wynyard and Martin Place, which are approx. a 5 min walk. 

If you are travelling by car, we recommend you park in the paid parking stations directly across the street from Jaggards. Please see below parking options:

• Wilson Parking - Angel Place Car Park, Sydney
• Secure Parking - 109 Pitt Street Car Park

Unfortunately, street parking is reserved for loading bays.

You can collect your order under the following conditions:

• Payment has been successfully cleared in our account.
• You have received an email confirmation to collect your order in-store.

Once both of these conditions are met, you can collect your order yourself or authorise a third party to collect it on your behalf with pre-approved authority.

Yes, we do allow others to collect your order. To arrange for a third party to pick it up, please complete the form here. We require signed authorisation and valid identification from both you and the person you authorise to collect your order. This can be completed via our online collection authority form.

Yes, we have a physical retail store in Sydney CBD where you can purchase your bullion and/or numismatics on the spot.
