These items are then prepared for secure storage, tagged with your order invoice, and scheduled for transfer to our vaulted facility. Our team ensures your items are safely moved to our vault, where a dedicated space is allocated specifically for your valuables.

Once this process is complete, you can rest easy knowing your items are securely stored. As the end of the FY24/25 term approaches, we will reach out to you to discuss whether you’d like to continue with our vaulting service or withdraw your items. We’re here to make the process seamless for you!

If you wish to sell a certain number of items, simply reach out to our team via phone or email to request a quote. We’ll provide you with a price, and if you decide to proceed with the sale, we’ll initiate the process. Our team will then issue a Purchase Order for the items, including the quoted price, and will require your signature to release the items from your holding. Once everything is finalised, we’ll arrange for the payment to be transferred to your bank account, and the items will be removed from your holdings. It’s as simple as that!

While we don’t disclose the exact location, we can assure you that it is a registered and operational vaulting facility. It features a traditional vault design with a large vault metal door and rows of allocated storage shelves. This confidentiality not only ensures your peace of mind but also adds an extra layer of security - if you don’t know the facility’s location, neither does anyone else!
